For years, Ryan and Katherine Walke have wanted to host Walketoberfest—and it’s finally happening! Grab your lederhosen and beer steins, and join the Saint Joseph Cigar Club at the Walke’s home for the first ever Walketoberfest!
Come hungry—we’ll have brats, sauerkraut, and a keg of beer. Bring your own cigars, beverage of choice (if you’d like), and a lawn chair.
The Saint Joseph River Yacht Club was founded in 1913 and has never had a cigar event—until now. Join us Monday, July 25 at 6:00pm for a special cigar night hosted at the Saint Joseph River Yacht Club!
No outside drinks will be allowed, but the Yacht Club will be serving drinks. We are also arranging to have some tastings—more details to follow on that, so check back soon!
James MacEachern is hosting an August 8 cigar night at his home in Saint Joseph, overlooking Lake Michigan. James hosted us last year, and it was a great time. We’re excited to be back!
Bring your own cigars, something to drink, and a chair if you are able. You can park on the old tennis courts and come around to the lakeside.
Come on out and smoke some cigars around a bonfire at Ben Blankenberger’s home in Benton Harbor. Our cigar nights are typically on Monday evenings, but this is a Friday evening bonfire in the countryside. Nothing goes with a bonfire like a great cigar!
Join us for a cigar night down by the water at The Inn at Harbor Shores! Their beautiful patio features fire pits, plenty of seating, and a great view of the water. Come out for a great smoke on one of the oldest harbors in the Great Lakes.
Please note: No outside beverages are allowed, but wine, beer, bourbon, and cocktail selections will be available, served from Plank’s Tavern. You are welcome to bring your own cigars.
Join us for a summer smoke hosted on the beautiful Pleasant Street Plaza outside of 221 Main Restaurant & Cocktail House in downtown St. Joseph. Come and meet other people in the area who enjoy great cigars and good conversation! There are plenty of tables and chairs as the restaurant has given us permission to use their space since they are closed on Mondays. So bring some friends, your favorite sticks, and something to drink as we enjoy ourselves in downtown St. Joseph! Jim Reits is hosting a cigar night at his home in Stevensville on Monday, June 27th at 6:00 pm. Bring a lawn chair and a beverage of your choice—and, of course, some great cigars.
Join us at Scott Thiesse’s home for a May 9 cigar night! Scott’s home is on a beautiful cul-de-sac which backs up to the ravine in Stevensville. We had a great event there last year, and we’re excited to be back! Bring some cigars, a beverage of your choice, and a lawn chair.
Join us at Eric’s home on the river for cigar night! Fun fact: Eric hosted the second meeting of the Saint Joseph Cigar Club, and it rained for most of it—but we had a couple 10’x10’ pop-up canopies and we made it work! After the rain passed, we were graced with a double rainbow over the river. It was a great night, and we’re looking forward to an even better one (even if we can’t guarantee another rainbow). Come on out to Sassy Jaime’s Gin Joint in Dowagiac for an evening of cigars, drinks, and great conversation. We’ll smoke some stogies, drink some bourbon, shoot some pool, and have some fun! The bar is located in the building furthest away from the road. Pull all the way down the drive and park in the lot to the left of the pole barn.
Join us at Jackson’s Cigars & Spirits in Mishawaka for another great cigar night! Jackson’s is a beautiful lounge with comfortable seating, a full bar, and an outdoor patio. We’ve been to Jackson’s several times now, and each time has been better than the last. Bring a friend and come on down.
